Steel House — Grandview/OSU District, Columbus, OH (2018)

As designer with Sullivan Bruck Architects, Warren Bath created the architectural design for Steel House, a 113-unit multifamily apartment community at the edge of Grandview and The Ohio State University District. While Warren’s role centered on the design phase, project implementation and construction were carried out by Sullivan Bruck.

Conveniently located within a half-mile of Grandview Avenue’s restaurants and retail, one mile from The Ohio State University, and two miles from downtown Columbus, Steel House was envisioned as a modern residential community with strong connectivity to the city’s cultural and economic hubs.

The design incorporated four stories of one- and two-bedroom apartments with an amenity package tailored to enhance resident lifestyle and support lease-up performance. Features include a resident clubhouse and lounge, Starbucks coffee station, media center, fitness facility, and a resort-style pool with sundeck, fire pit, and grilling stations.
