    Her work in design offers a fresh perspective in lifestyle design with an emphasis on functionality; an advocate for communities with disabilities and environmental wellness, her work focuses on client needs and comfort.

    Her media work includes broadcast media, paid social media and advertising, and digital media for organizations such as Asia Society’s international headquarters, the Asia Society Policy Institute and Museum, WOSU Public Media, WFMT , ColumbusUnderground, and NPR as well as client representation for independent artists such as Emmy award-winning photographer Jennifer Zmuda.

    Owner / Architect

    Warren Michael Bath is a New York state licensed architect with diverse project experience spanning two decades. His focus on hospitality and multi-family residential projects includes impressive new-construction projects as well as thoughtful renovations of high-rise offices, hotels, and apartment buildings.

    His work combines technical ability, efficient construction documents, and striking designs with character and insight into their surroundings. Whether it is a massive residential tower or a West Village residence, Warren carefully leads his clients through the details to ensure their project offers function and aesthetic integrity, alike.

We design buildings that are grounded in community— not imposed on it. Our work is driven by a commitment to improving the lives of everyone a space touches, whether it's a building where they live, work, or simply pass by in their daily lives. We approach each project with inclusive, thoughtful design that responds to individual and collective needs— be it through disability awareness, trauma-informed care, cultural sensitivity, or ecological stewardship. Founded by licensed architect Warren Bath and interior designer and communications expert Kylie Olivia Bath, the firm brings over 20 years of architectural experience and 18 years of interior design, project management, and client services expertise.

Every project at Stories is led directly by its co-founders—ensuring thoughtful design, personalized attention, and consistent leadership from concept to completion.

Unlike larger firms, Stories never outsources to junior staff. Clients benefit from direct access to a licensed architect on every architectural project and a dedicated residential and communications lead for community-driven and design-focused projects.
